Rapier Rapp clan : n8z posts : 278 administrator my pc is fucked. i had to re-install windows 2000 in ul as i couldnt connect to the network there. it hasnt been right since, i couldnt reinstall my isdn when i got home nor did it even recognise it. i dont know how long it'll be before im online maybe this weekend if i can get it into a pc shop in town but due to work saturday looks the earliest....maybe just maybe one of you knows how to sort it the error that sometimes comes up is winnt\system32\drivers\isapnp.sys is corrupt or missing. sometimes right at starting up it says the keyboard is 'connented' correctly hmm ok. when i try reinstall windows or even repair it sometimes goes fairly far - well far enough for me to format my c drive after which it tuened itself off again !!! well the power stays on in the computer but the monitor goes into standby mode ie power lcd lights flashes but the computer sounds like its on.....im seriously about to fucking throw it against a wall. if it stayed on long enough id probably be able to install a fesh windows but nope. any advice help appreciated as ill be going into a comatose withdrawal state soon if i cant have my hardhouse music and internet. better head before my sister beats the shit out of me with a big stick - half of you sick fucks are hard now i bet.

10/12/2002 10:57 #1 anonymous rapier was the token "guy with a fucked pc" at the lan eh. you can turn the monitor standby/sleepy dozy pc shit off in the bios. f1 or del usually, right when u start the pc up. when your trying to "make it go" best bet is to take out any extra cards, sound, isdn etc and put them in later when everything works. femdom, didnt know you were into that sorta shit.... gluck -

11/12/2002 10:23 #4 anonymous yes dan i was still one of those token guys, my q3 took 10mins to get past grey screen and my comp crashed twice during ie vs slovenia game. teh super cluck pc. Atleast i could get on network this time \eamo/ anonymous
