| theres an online petition of sorts goin on over at the cyber x games site ( http://www.cyberxgaming.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61 ) started by impaqt in an attempt to keep quake3 alive on the "pro-circuit" (or in general if ur one of the 'q3 is dead' types). for those of you who have never heard of cxg theyre a fairly major pro-gaming organisation in the us, esr describes them as "a growing threat to the cpl" and according to them they are planning to award $600,000 dollars in cash prises in this their first year, which is more than any other organisation.
so get up off yer arses ye lazy shites and go comment on the forum, dont say "meh what difference will it make if i dont post", be a pro-active quaker for once  . it only takes 2 seconds to sign up (theres even a 'quick signup' button for the extra lazy amoung us). support ur local scene and show them how much q3 is still alive and maybe we can still see more top quality play from the best in the world.
