| these past few months i have been mostly eating.
i'm not working and i've no internet. it's not that bad at all. one finds new and interesting ways to enjoyably waste time, in fact it's great. there is (social) life after quake. if i really wanted internet, i could work to pay for wireless or adsl. or isdn again if i was that stupid. or go work in a netcafe and kill two millstones with the one bird. but its not gonna happen soon, too much money that could otherwise be spent.
fh in div2 (the yadegari episode ^5), broadbanders, a bit of clan activity, rumour of old sqwool irish players on dsl beating swedens finest and an irish team taking a map from an english team. there's even people posting stuff, it all looks good. no word on gauntlet tho? i wonder have the q3 duellers taken any scalps in recent times? anyone get dsl? is there any plans for an out and out quake clan lan? this is the traditional column crap that nobody is posting, so i'm asking.
darkside 7 was a good waste of 30 euros, the whole mixed teams ctf thing was much better than i expected. i'm looking forward to the next one, it's only up the road from my place. anyone(okay not anyone, ye know who ye are) for a hot 1 on 1 (duels)? you could probably manage a 4v4 lan thing in my gaff at the weekends, just there's a shortage of tables. it could be quozlan all over again but at a different house.
moving out of home > quake.
