i have a connection here which costs me 8 euro a month, its 1meg/320 upload which is being freely upgraded to 2megs/640 for free, no extra charge at all. the service itself costs 35 euro but whoever im sharing it with doesnt use it ever - full speeds and good pings 24/7.
i get about 15 ping to dutch servers including xs4all ca server which i racked up a nice 46%lg qwith 2500ish shots fired. its great being able to hand out euro whiners a good baitn with yer snow white ping. 35 ping to games2 - yer all dead.
