| one of the big things in the whole online gaming scene is loyalty, actually i think it's one of the main reasons for many rows and controversies. for example a player leaving one team and going to another can cause a lot of shite, or if someone thinks their team is getting the short end of the stick, they can get really pissed off, and rather than being a personal thing, it's more their pride in their team that causes people to get their backs up about stuff. despite having a reputation for a mouth, and a "way of putting stuff", i have to quote ndoverlord for the best example of what happens when somebody fucks over your team : "if any1 tries to steal anymore of our players or pull anymore crap, i will personally find you and fucking rip out your mothers intestines in front of your teenage sister's new-born bastard child. am i makin myself clear gi?" the reason i am writing this at all, (and badly at that, tryin to get it done before i run off for lunch in two minutes), is because it has come to light that a person on the irish ctf team has decided to leave the team because of his fear of how badly we are going to lose our games. we are a team of people that do our best, we can only be as good as we are, and even people with vicious issues with each other like m1ke and killy have put it all aside for the sake of the team. on the day we will do our best and if we lose, fuck it, we'll do better next time. now that is loyalty. someone quitting a team because he thinks it will affect his supposed reputation, that's a different thing, i think its sad and the guy shouldn't and probably won't be considered for any future teams that people go to a lot of trouble to organise. ironic that in the end of the day, the guy is adding to his current reputation as a clan-hopper.
