Training: yes please.
The last time we didn't train at all and it's why we didn't pass first round. It's just too hard to play with teammates when you don't know how they play/react etc.
Also, we need one and only one team captain and a team that follows and supports his decisions blindly no matter what they are. Enough of the whining and complaining even if the captain makes mistakes, coz whining is just not team friendly.
Also we need players who are ok with the fact that they might be on the bench most of the time and still cheer the team up or advice/help the players before and after games.
If we have a good spirit within the group and a bit of training together, we can definitely do something interesting.
