When playing for TS we use TeamSpeak. It seems to be the best for less CPU hogging and bandwidth usage. You do need a good soundcard tho to use it. If you have a shit soundcard, you will get shit quality and your team members will hear mad feedback from you.

we tested out team speak one night, it's the best alright but we can't use it because not everyone has the best sound card like MP said. Ther'll always be one foo with a shit one that will make the game hell for everyone else.

TeamSpeak is what most groups I'm involved with use, TeamSpeak v2.0 should r0x0r when it gets released (currently listed as Real Soon Now I believe)
