| it's great to see some things getting off the ground here. for the past few weeks i've been working behind the scenes setting up the ctf team, with odee - head of the savage euro team.
the difficulty in negotiating with him was getting decent rules implemented to enable us to actually play ctf on decent servers, with decent players and vs opposition that don't have a massive skill/ping advantage over us. but i think things have worked out well and the league rules are fair.
i'd like to thank lucutus and jedi for the help with the ctf, i just haven't had time over the past few weeks to do a proper job with it, with christmas, exams and more exams pending. i'm going to be stepping down and just helping the 2 of them run it rather then sorting everything myself.
the dilema we face in choosing this team is choosing 10 players who actually have ctf experience. we have 2 clans playing ctf and a few talented irish ctf players who live in the uk but that's all. but i think we can do it - we made a good job of the bwec and i know when the community puts in the effort we always come up tops.
also - i'm very much looking forward to ie tdm practice tonight. there's a grand teacher strike on today so i better get my ass practicing
