You probably know by now that its games4.iol.ie is the only one. Theres a good few in UK, but I dont know them (I only play on games4, but its not very active so I ask someone on IRC when I want a game). There are some pickup channels based in UK/.nl - #quake4.euro and im not sure what the other ones are... #q4.pickup maybe
