la5 in france kicks off today @ 5pm gmt. the competition boasts an impressive 34 clans for the q3 comp and 280 individual players for the duel q3 simple elimination competition. if you thought that was good, they have 380 players for their counter-strike comp. all-in-all, it looks like its going to be a great lan. for more info, live qtv's and reports check out #la5 or the lan arena site. some qtv's for your pleasure. note : they are still using 1.17 so you will need it to view the games.

its a bit of a joke really in my opinion. The team could have been far better. With the absence of basically all of 4k and other peeps like Timber and Requiem. tbh i think the French will kick their ass. the likes of aAa has come along great lately and the other day i was spectating aAa-Denpcx (or however its spelt ) beat Timber senseless

Lots of `stuff` going around about this subject, so I`m gonna say my piece Even though nobody`s actually mentioned me in relation to it (grr xsr ), I didn`t trial because I`ve got exams coming up after the holidays. Wouldn`t really have been a great idea to piss off to France a few days before my maths module, so I gave it a miss this time. Don`t want to speak for everyone else in 4K since I`ve not been paying attention to any of the LA5 discussions. Though suffice to say that it`s not some convoluted anti-oga/unr/dc/everyotherq3clan conspiracy, nor the final stage in Q50`s masterplan to take over the world(!). are not going to LA5. none of the members will attend the event. SK, ALL* will be there though. aAa's best team they have at moment has only 1 french member?
