x0n PROMODE i get pwned every day posts : 192 administrator ive donated to quake.ie! Heres one for the oldies among us. Anyone who owned an 8-bit machine back in the eighties (c64, amstrad, speccy, oric, atari, etc) has most likely played a text adventure. With its origins starting back in the 70s with Advent on the PDP-10, you might think the genre is long dead, but in fact its getting stronger. Anyhow, wheres the Quake connection?
