I think its 49euro a month (expensive) but my ping is good, no wait; my ping is GREAT. I would also like to point out that Im using the PPPOATM option instead of the standard PPPOE with Eircom. There has been dispute that Eircom DOES NOT support ATM, it clearly does. I probably wont use it for playing qw tho because it leaves my ping around 22 which is inbewteen 13 and 26ms which in qw messes the netcode up ever so slightly when your ping is not a division of the frame rate you have. My connection will be 2mb instead of 1mb from tomorrow so ill see if that lowers the ping at all.   edited by Vinnit on 09/10/2006 19:03

Magnet may be good on a smaller connection as they might use less interleaving. Personally, I wouldnt have anything to do with them. Check boards.ie regarding configuring their modems.
