in case you missed this one, bio were intervied by splitty from challenge-eu about their recent win v's nd for the eurocup placing. an interesting read to say the least. here is an extract -

I'd have to agree with Z on this one. We were called bad losers after those games, but there is nothing worse than a bad winner.

I do think BIO deserved the win, we were totally out played and out skilled, but I do believe that there was no need for such gloating by cheer-leading members of BIO such as Canny. But anyway, well done and best of luck in EC3.

I saw that Neo's line-up contains Sky. The same player who played with BIO against ND. How can that be ?

nEo*ranger lending players is one thing, clanbase rules about players from different teams playing, thats another. Hey, I don't really care to be honest, but what is interesting is who Sky will end up playing for?

I've been with bio for ages, iq3cl and all, and played a bit for them in BW but I moved from SS to nEo just before xmas, and it's likely I'll be with them (nEo) for EC3 really.

The way I thought is was is that sky was not on the neo team for EC3 so he was eligable to play for BIO. I honestly didn't know. I do plead with people not to get this blown out of proportion and get us bad coverage all over europe. Its the last thing Irish quake needs at moment. The game was won fair and square. I know that there was no mallice or foul play intended during this match.

That wasn't what Eric was asking, he means can Sky play for BIO in EC3 if he is playing for Neo. Its nothing to do with the nD game. i think.

Sky cant play with Bio in EC3? So why was he playing with them against nD? I mean the nD BIO game was to decide which should get the eurocup place by seeing which was better on the night basically because that would tell the EC3 organisers which would be better playing on the net. Now if sky isnt going to be playing then that BIO team that won will not be able to play on the net. How can it possibly be justified that BIO can play Sky against nD yet he is ineligable in the league?

Yes you "didnt know", but I mean ffs, its obvious u cant play with 2 teams in the same league. Common sense. What would u do when u play ureself?

Seriously stupid the way this worked out if BIO get the place like this. Beating nD with a team they wont be allowed field in the actual league. Yes I know Sky was BIO for ages, but still doesnt make it right.

And dont go giving me shit, because Ive thought about this and it just is not fair this way. If nD arent too worried cause this league is too much hassle for them fair enuff, but it is still unfair. I think this is what lots of ppl are thinking tbh. Still, looks like BIO do have the place now, no turning back, so good luck guys. I rekon you are gonna need it.

we woulda beaten them without Sky .... you gotta remember on dm6tmp we actually played it 3v4 for most of it ...

Also we didn't have m1rv in the second game... or Jedi for most of it ... like ... either way we totally proved we were better on the night.

I know lots of things, including - I am right, and you are a chicken shit.

The principle of the point I was making would hold if this was QW, or any other game.

Saying BIO would have won anyway is completely impossible to substantiate. But evidence for the doubters:

DM6 - Winning Margin=23 Sky Frags=49

DM8 - Winning Margin=16 Sky Frags=38

Perhaps a less skilled player would have died more and fragged less? Whatever way you argue it, you must admit (if you are agueing reasonably) that it would probably have been a less decisive victory without Sky.

Cheers Paladin. You're right, but there's no point in kicking up over it. Technically he probably shouldn't have played, and he did make a big difference, but we made the biggest screwup by not being used to the net, we won't let it happen ever again, I guarantee that. :/

We won't, clan rivalry or no clan rivalry, most of us Irish look after our own. Although you know yourself that if we had won, we wouldn't have gone out of our way in an CH-EU interview to take the piss out of BIO and make them look like a bunch of muppets, but sure it's nice to see some ppl's true colors, let's us know where we stand from now on.
