alright lads,
welcome back, i would say "i hope ye had a good christmas", but to be honest i couldn't give a shit, i did. you know yourself, drinking for 10 days on the trot, afraid to go to the jacks because you know you're going to drop a nuke...things like that.
not a huge amount happening at the moment, we are in between leagues and all that. skyclad is running trinlan again this year, promises to be good as long as the power stays in this time  , nd are probably going to play ps there, should be a serious game. we'll probably play best of 7 or sommit like that. i presume the ps team will be beast, ser, jedi and el_pres. i'm not fully sure who we will put out yet, it depends on availability of players and how rusty different people are since nd last met up. it will be 4 out of koopa, sonic, me, overlord, jay, bunny and podgeen.
in other news, i am about to go down that horrible road again, yes, that one where i pretend to be strong enough to give up nicotine on a permanant basis. jesus, the thought of it. it will happen sometime in the next 2 weeks, may god have mercy on my soul....
most importantly, i am leaving this stinking smoghole and going back to ul, who is your fucking daddy ?!?!?, i cannot fucking wait, needless to say myself and the nd boyz will be on the piss for about a month solid, nice nice. i'm also flogging my car if anyone is interested, it's a '95 sunny sabre, the usual "1.4 16v twincam" jobbie, dunno if anyone wants it, but sure fill out a cheque for 20k and send it in as a deposit, you'll be grand. it's a plain enuff oul car, but plenty fast and deadly reliable, i only bought it for the 12 months i was putting off college, i think a celica or fto is definitely on the cards when i get out, nice.
other than that nothing really, nd are going to start playing cs now, just have to get a few lads together on the net to get going, it will be class. i spent christmas playing network rogue spear with my brothers at home (orion and wario), it's such an absolutely fuckin savage game, it's like cs only a more in-depth, just doesnt seem as good for internet play. if you havent played rs, get it, there's deadly missions in it like taking out a siberian base, your partner is there racing across to a door with the snow being torn up around him and ure trying to snipe off about 6 lads at the same time, like that "oswald was a fag" scene in the usual suspects. deadly game.
