as most of you already know, bio defeated nd in two straight matches on tuesday night. some thoughts : nd v bio games have previously resulted in nd winning. in the iq3cl, when the games were played on vishnu (local irish server), nd team dominated all their games. what i have always said and still say
today is that net play is totally different from lan play. could i dare say thats one of the major factors they won all their games ?

also, i have always said - lan players cannot expect to just pop on the net and be all hunkey dorey, sweet connect, etc. they will experience lag
and bad server jutters. like cmon, if its a net game, you don't warmup on a lan before hand! this was self evidident in the ec games with bio and nd. this brings me to another point - team.ie. again, team.ie games were always played as lan games, but the simple fact is, the first part of the games are net games and should comprise of players who can and do play on the net, but in fairness, i think thats the plan anyway.

in the barrysworld leagues, my team hat beat utp last night. utp were hot on our heels with no game loses to date. we put our heads down and gave them a good run for their money, defeating them in both games. i must say, i played absolutely crap, cept a few peaks were i single handedly took back the ra room on mexx and killed their entire team with just the sg. that felt good . but otherwise, i played complete crap. drex, man, you shoulda played instead of me.. sorry. you may kick my but later. next week, we play mb and mb on tuesday and wednesday. i won't put any hex's on us and do predictions. but we'll give it our best.

the irish ctf team for the savage league. i turned up for the 'arranged' training sessions, nobody home. i turned up for the 'arranged' matches, nobody home.
i am always on irc and only a private message away for anything. if there was something happening, hey, i'm there. all im going to say is this - if the irish ctf
management team cannot get this sorted out or honestly dont have the time or interest, please let me know and i will take over. one way or another, i will not allow mismanagement of a national team make us look like complete and utter muppets. before you scream blue murder and 'who the hell does he think he is?', etc. let me just say this, i would'nt have to post these comments if you lot got have got your fingers out of your arses. i know lucutus/jedi and m1ke well, its nothing personal lads, its just crazy to think that nothing is getting done. enuf said ?

one week to trinlan. whoop. i'm soo looking forward to the craik. im sure i wanted to bl33t some more, but there you have it.

Eric, time or interest isn't really the thing with me and the CTF team, I've thrown up my thoughts on it on my column, feel free to have a read.

However, I haven't organised anything for Saturday, (Away this weekend). If you would like to drag together the squad for a practice, check out the savageuro site for countries channels/leaders and email the list and see how you do. I have no problem whatsoever with people helping and looking out for the squad and indeed, the country's reputation and best interests.
