if you wasnt playing quake3 (if you are) what would you play?

i have never played counterstrike, and havnt even seen the game played realy...if i was to stop playing, i would no doubt go back to quakeworld. i still recieve emails each day from old quakeworld players asking me to play for there clan, demo's and cfg's. i removed quakeworld just after quake3 came out, deleted all my demo's from every site i knew, and moved on. i think i could easily get back into it with some practice.

many people quit quake1/quake2 to play quake3, there was huge money to be won when it first came out, but has now gone quiet. i havent heard of any big prize's won in ages.

was the quake3 scene only modivated with money in there eyes?

the sponsors are moving away from quake3, will the player's stay or move on?

what do you think the hardcore player's will do, and what will you do?
