Slof J Beetham posts : 8 geforce3 - wow, i mean wow! yes, i aquired one of these today (saturday) and i was amazed at the difference in performance, not just in gaming, but the whole system. i am getting around 4 times the framerate of my geforce2, with full screen anti-aliasing on too! i was well impressed. i ran quake 3 on my usual config that i had for the gf2, with all settings left the same, high detail, high res, full lighting, etc, and i got a steady 200 fps, not once did it go down to double figures the whole computer seems to be working faster too, opening windows quicker and such like - this thing is reaching perfection (but will it ever get there?!) doom 3 here i come!
