MindPhuck Eric Mooney Im drinking stuff donated to quake.ie clan : n8z posts : 1267 site owner jedi sends word that ps have been invited for the next clan base eurocup. concerns about the clans connection problems or lack of decent connects leaves ps looking for players from nd to fill their ranks for the competition. a suggestion has been made that nd replace ps. another suggestion is team.ie take their place. i think, regardless of what form it takes, it would be a shame to let such an invitation to go to waste due to connectivity problems. personally, i think they should create a new clan just for the league. your thoughts?

I am of the opinion that if PS are "supposed" to be the top Irish clan and end up fielding some hired guns, and not their top guys, then the rest of Europe will think that Ireland has a poor level of Q3'ers and that an Irish clan won't get an invite in future. Do the right thing and politely refuse to participate.

The organisers wont ask irish clans too often if we 'politely' tell them fuck off. Ok, I guess this is none of my business since Im not a 'player' with any of yer clans, but as a former league organiser I found it was better to get people to participate, even if it was not league winning stuff, than not participate at all.
