well the last event was a real success, apart from the war scars there
were very few tears and no complaints. i'd like to thank every1 that came
and made the last event a real success and hopefully this one will be
that bit bigger, maybe even a little better, but definitely something
fun you can say you did over the summer!

what to bring/wear/do

design a banner

you should bring footwear
that you can afford to be covered in mud, hiking boots proved valuable
at the last one. do not come in shorts as the overalls are very
thin and offer no real protection something like a pair of jeans
& a jumper. you should also bring gloves if you have them to protect
your hands and a change of clothes too. you might also want to read
the following

yeh, suppose youre right. Just a pity its gonna cost nearly 20 more with the more expensive bus and we still get 60 less paintballs.

Crossfire is closer to Dublin, and the bus costs more...hmmm! Me detects foul play. The paintballs are cheaper to buy refills for though which is good. We jus gotta give them a go, they could be brilliant for all we know.

Adding an option for people who only want to pay €33 to go for 120 Balls, and then they can buy more if needed.

If you wish to use public transport our venue is served by the number 44 bus route . The 44 leaves the city centre from Hawkins Street and goes through Kilternan village. You can view the 44 timetable on the Dublin Bus website. Two stops after the Kilternan Golf Hotel and Ski Slope take the turn which is signposted for Killegar Stables (white signpost). Follow this road until you reach the Sign for CROSSFIRE... This will cost around €1.65-€2.00 each for your bus fare!

Much to expensive, and crossfire is rubbish. Nothings cheaper about crossfire folks, i've been there a few times. I'm afraid that most of the winning team from ;ast time won't be making it, have to give the noobs a chance. If you get a 60 euro 480 paintball deal, then we'll see about things. Oh and there is no speedball type rounds, but I do remember there being 1 or 2 more team games. The format of games in both places is pretty much the same.
