Black Thorn Black Thorn Great posts : 2 Irish gamers who are wanting to have more in the way of e-sports in Ireland have gotten together to try and make it a reality. At the moment we are just interested in finding out who is interested in having something like this so all we want is for you to go to http://cut.by/esai and join our group so we know that its not just us. Were looking for ideas on what you want us to actually offer gamers, were not competing against any of the groups out there so dont worry. We want everyone to work together for this so if you are part of a group or just a gamer who thinks this is what they want then join us so we can get numbers. Remember, were not a clan or a company. You need a Quakenet channel - if you already have one, why arent you promoting it? You need to promote the association better, and it needs to reach out to the communities. Get onto MindPhuck and ask if hell link to it on www.quake.ie, maybe mirror quake.ie news. Get onto the UIE Lads and get it linked to from www.unreal.ie, post on the forums, encourage everyone to sign up. Get onto darkkeep/hosting365/blacknight or whoever and try to get a server donated, even if temporary. Maybe launch an inaugural mini league or two with token prizes to let everyone know youre here. And fix the website... "you do not have access to this page", etc. Get a web designer on board or someone who knows how to use PHP Nuke properly at least. Good luck.
