This for us was a Last Resort (Short of cancelling the bloody thing)So im sorry about the short notice..... Also there will be a Waiver for the event which the hotel demanded... You would think that we'd just tell the Hotel to go F**K themselfs but we cant find a new location at this point in time. This Waiver will be like the one used for the Darkside Lans and will be posted soon. Thank you

The waiver is just a document you sign as an atendee indemnifying the hotel and LAN organisers in case something should go wrong. eg. you clumsily trip over a network cable and hurt yourself - your problem. TBH its not as harsh as it sounds - for as long as I have been running LANs, it has never happened. It just costs too much to get public liability insurance for an event like this (would you pay 200 yoyos for a 24 hr LAN, nope, didn't think so). Philip, If you want to use my waiver form as a template, go right ahead. Bio
