end of summer '03
- last one of the year

date: sunday, 14th september
time: 10am to ~5pm
places: 60
venue: crossfire

well the last event was a real success, apart from the war scars there
were very few tears and no complaints. i'd like to thank every1 that came
and made the last event a real success and hopefully this one will be
that bit bigger, maybe even a little better, but definitely something
fun you can say you did over the summer!

what to bring/wear/do

design a banner

you should bring footwear
that you can afford to be covered in mud, hiking boots proved valuable
at the last one. do not come in shorts as the overalls are very
thin and offer no real protection something like a pair of jeans
& a jumper. you should also bring gloves if you have them to protect
your hands and a change of clothes too. you might also want to read
the following

Well Done on a good event last time.. I guess That Myself and will not be looking to org the Crossfire, as the problem is getting people to decide on which to attend, So we will leave it all up to you, if you requrie help i will be happy to lend a hand. I don't know if the deal i was getting from crossfire still stands, but you can get back to me on that. I have signed up... Looking foward to wich ever event the group decide to attend..

WTF? Wots up with the €86? On the Crossfire.ie site, it says full-day = €40.00 Are we on about the same one here? Is this the one near Kilternan village and Enniskerry?

THe paypal thing is BEING TESTED AT THE MOMENT. When we have confirmed the venue, the pricing will be fixed.

At the moment though, crossfire is €75 for 420 paintballs and €14 for refills of 100. Im trying to get a better deal. Please be patient.

Last event, most people used their allocation.

Hmm, have to say. 60 was steep enuf. This is 15 more and u get 60 less paintballs. And the bus costs more than last time. If it aint broken, dont fix it

the other thing about switching is imo, the speedball at the end was twice as much fun as all the other ones. Do crossfire have such a game?

Yep Speedball was great, We should try Crossfire though, as they probably have great outdoor games too! We cant only go to one, we should try them both, then next year We'll know which one to go to
