BioHazRd Richard Smith I stole Mindphucks Donkey posts : 209 lans : 18 site administrator 24 hour lan - 8pm fri - 8pm sat byopc games available will include (but are not limited to...) ut, ut2003, cs, q3, opflash, jk2, avp2, mohaa, eracer, c&c renegade, dod, serious sam 2 10/100 switched network, 2 dedicated game servers, 1 dedicated mp3 server. there will be a couple of tournaments / competitions and there will be prizes. consoles + projector will probably be there too. more details will be mailed to attendees as they happen. lan dates : 16/08/2002 to 16/08/2002 24 hour lan lan address : Panama Scout Hall, Phibsborough, Dublin (see map in gallery for details) cost details : €30 per person alcholol? : no net connect? : no age limit : none attending : 34 of 40

Bio,is there going to be a swaps table again? the last time there was a problem with the games, ppl had different versions of games and updating them took time, can you plz set what versions we'll all need, just so we'll all be setup right thanx P.S. may want to set it a week before coz of patchs and stuff

07/07/2002 #12 preytec O'Neill posts : 10 lans : 10 at the mo, it's 1.5 but 1.6 is "ment" to be out at the end of july to fix 1.5 witch was ment to fix 1.4 and so on... don't think 9.6 will ever be out again sorry bio (lol to myself) i say lets all go back to 1.3 coz the fixs arn't that good any way this is what i'm talking about fix what v we will need for the lan so that we'll have them aa no wait, to hell with cs lets all just get sof2 and the patch (out next week) and not even play cs, the 1st lan in history without cs, that would make headlines, somewhere i'm sure www.lamer.com maybe???

You have voiced your opinion on the subject and your right, it is old and it is prob going to die soon, but fact is its a good game for lans (Even though a realy big game of DOD would be fun ). Bah enough of my moaning.

By the by, there are lots of other fun mods for half-life that are really kewl! Somebody should take it upon themselves to make a cd with lots of mods for games like HL AVP2 MOHAA UT etc. Not me cos i'm too lazy! I'm bringing a PS2 so bring yous games and shit and you can play!hehe!
