This gets around that. Obviousbly if someone needs a patch urgently they just go to the person with it, ask em if it's ok and then leech that immediately. The "frivolous" leeching can be left till alter. Just make sure ye've enough disk space for everything.

It'll be a bit jiggery-pokery, but it's possible. Just don't expect to be gaming online over it.
