Hi a few more questions:

Will you be taking a headcount of who is playing what in advance of the tourney or on the day?

Is there any possibility I could enter 2 tourneys?

I have read the WCG page and it doesnt say much..
Say for instance I enter the Warcraft3 competition..
and if theres 10 people playing, what do you think the format will be?

Single elimination? Double elim? groups? round robin? unseeded one map loss and you are out?

if you could answer any of these it would be great
cheers

All I can say right now is the number of people enter the comps will determine the format.

All people who sign up will be contacted once the signups are closed, and we will sort out the details then. One thing I can say is that with the number of potential teams entered in counterstrike, it looks unlikely that many people who are playing cs willl be able to enter other comps due to the length of time required to run cs

Just a question, I know theres a BYOC area and usually I would presume that I would have to bring a monitor a long as well but considering this is a WCG-backed event, I was wondering if this the case?

The out of date passport should be fine.If your entering any of the WCG comps remember to bring along some other form of valid id proving your age,you dont want to be entering a comp, winning, then being told you cant go to Monza because your under age.

Also, bear in mind that your passport must be in date for the trip to Monza

Just wondering what class cars are going to be used in the PGR3 comp?

Is it just the outright winner or 1st or 2nd etc. that go to Monza?

Sorry for all the questions, just a little excited about it

Chewits - Im afraid a Northern Irish passport will not be sufficient :( - Those entering the wcg finals must hold a valid passport for the country in which they qualify. I know its semantics in our case, but thats the rule.

Keser_Soze_5 - Default cars must be used. (Cars that require unlocking are NOT allowed.) Only the winner goes to Monza.

Questions are good - keep em coming

Poo. Was lookin forward to taking part in teh Brood War tourney. No chance of gettin a passport that quick. There is no Brood war team for UK. Real Shame :(

May take me off the register list as I cant play then.

Just curious. How many people is the sponsors/organisers willing to send to monza? All games? winner from each game?
