| ok, Im deadly serious about this, there is a 1meg net connection, however, this is not to be used by *ANYONE* other than organisers of the event unless otherwise instructed, last time someone was using their wifi card to access the net and download updates and whatever other shit, all updates,patches etc are available on the LAN SERVERS, thats why we have them. As regards CSS, well, I'll be working on Stewie this weekend fixing up partitions etc and doing a general cleaning up, I'll look into setting up a Steam server off it and see if its possible to do some of the stuff i attempted with no luck at the last lan.
I take it the dates are good for everyone except for toxic? if so then i shall book the dates.
Also, there shall be a different entry format to this lan, Sniipe or Myself or Danny/John shall be assigning Seats and IP's to everyone, the waiver shall have to be signed before entry to the lan and also, no admittance without paying first, we shall basically try impliment an usher system the same as seen at megalan, this is to avoid a number of snags that have happened before and also streamline the entry process allowing for higher power consumption machines to be on the three phase circuits.
ASAIK the second 3 phased wired room is not available to use.
Also, There might be xbox and Gamecube games being played off a projector. This is not deffo but is something that we can look into since we have the technology.
